Air France mainstreams mobile boarding pass service

On 3 February 2009, Air France is extending its mobile boarding pass service, where the only paper required to access a plane is a passport or ID card, to all its La Navette shuttle flights to and from Paris-Orly Airport and Marseille, Nice, Toulouse and Bordeaux (the return flight from Bordeaux to Paris-Orly will be available as from 9 February).

Salt Lake City, the new Air France destination

Air France launched the new non-stop Paris-Charles de Gaulle – Salt Lake City (Utah) service. The flight is operated by a Delta Air Lines’ Boeing 767-300ER, equipped with 36 seats in BusinessElite and 178 seats in Economy. The flight is operated on a code-share basis by Air France and Delta. 'We are very pleased to be able to expand our transatlantic flight offering, with the opening of our 15th gateway to the United States' said Christian Herzog, Senior VP Americas Air France. 'The new Paris-Salt Lake City flight fits in perfectly with our network strategy, our ambition being to offer, along with KLM, Delta and our SkyTeam partners, the best service between Europe and the rest of the world'.
