Cost on a share twin/double basis is $7985 per person. Single room available at a supplement. The dates are 7 to 25 August inclusive. Duration will be 18 nights, a maximum of fourteen participants & will be using locally owned and centrally located 3 star hotels, and travel will be by rail wherever possible. Emphasis will be on a relaxed pace with four night stays at the major centres of interest. That allows for three full days, one day of extensive city sightseeing, one day for an excursion out of the city, and the third day is free to do/see what appeals to travellers personally.

The tour will commence in Berlin which is these days a fascinating and vibrant city, we will then travel to Prague which is exceptionally attractive and very compact to get around. Next on to Krakow in Poland which was formerly the capital and is still the heart of the country with its history and wonderfully preserved old buildings. Then travel down into Slovakia with overnight stays in Zilina and Bratislava, before proceeding on to Budapest which is another great city with a setting on the Danube. The tour will conclude after our stay here.
