Says Cathay Pacific's marketing services manager in New Zealand, Ian Herald: "Our new economy class seats are proving to be very popular as passengers no longer have to share their personal space with the passenger in front when they recline their seat. Our passengers particularly appreciate the privacy of our new seat design as they are able to sleep in peace on night flights when they are travelling through to the UK or Europe."

Cathay Pacific also features the latest inflight entertainment system StudioCX on all long haul flights, which has full audio/video on demand offering passengers the choice of up to 100 movies, 350 TV shows, 880 CD's and 22 radio channels.
